Requirements
– have an annual income less than £24,000 for a single adult household, or less than £30,500 for a 2 or more adult household
– are applying as a single person, couples or single parent with a young child
– can pay rent of £425.01/month
– can cover utilities
– can cover Moray Council Tax Bill; Band B
– have been resident in Moray or Nairn for at least 6 months
– have been a community member for two years
– and otherwise meet the criteria set out in the Allocations and Housing Support Policies
– would be able to move in around mid June 2023
