The internal floor area is 40m2. The surrounding gardens are maintained by the West Wings tenant group. A common washing machine is also owned and maintained by the tenant group and is available to all tenants.

– have been resident in Moray or Nairn for at least 6 months
– have been a community member for two years
– and otherwise meet the criteria set out in the Allocations and Housing Support Policies
– would be able to move in around mid June 2023
